SLOW FLOW + YOGANIDRA + MANDALA
Do you feel anxious, always tired and have difficulty relaxing and living in the present?
This experience was created for you.
By combining Slow Flow, Yoga Nidra and Mandala of Intentions, you will:
- Release the stress accumulated in the body
- Calm the mind and reduce anxiety
- Reconnect with the present moment with lightness and clarity
An experience to nourish body, mind and soul.
This is an invitation to a meeting dedicated to reconnection and conscious creation. An experience carefully designed for those who wish to slow down, restore vitality and align their intentions with the heart.
We begin with a gentle practice of postures, Slow Flow, where slow, fluid and conscious movements will gently awaken the body, harmonizing breathing and presence. It’s not about “doing more,” but about doing it with more listening and gentleness, respecting your rhythms and limits.
Next, you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice, a deep relaxation meditation, where we will cultivate states of interiorization and clarity. From this space of stillness and connection, I will guide you to access your most authentic intentions.
Why body and breath?
During the Slow Flow experience, the combination of conscious movements, deep breathing and guided relaxation not only calms the mind — it acts directly on the nervous system, promoting balance and well-being in an integral way.
Practices such as Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra stimulate the vagus nerve, one of the main communication pathways between the body and the brain. This nerve, responsible for regulating relaxation, digestion and emotions, is activated through gentle movements, conscious stretching and prolonged exhalations.
When the vagus nerve is stimulated, there is a natural decrease in heart rate, an improvement in digestion, a reduction in inflammation and an increase in the feeling of calm and inner security (Breit et al., 2018; Gerritsen & Band, 2018). This effect is known as vagal regulation — a state where the body enters a mode of recovery, balance and clarity.
Throughout the experience, you will experience these tools in an integrated way, creating a safe space where body, mind and emotions can realign with gentleness and presence.
Mandala of Intentions
By integrating body, mind and heart, after body practice, conscious breathing and deep relaxation, we access a state of greater clarity, presence and inner connection. It is from this space of balance that we invite the creation of the Mandala of Intentions.
The mandala is an ancient symbol of wholeness and integration. By composing your mandala — with shapes, colors and words — you materialize, in a visual and intuitive way, the intentions and feelings that emerged during the experience. This process acts as a link between what was experienced in the body, welcomed in the mind and felt in the heart. In this experience, you will receive the outline of a mandala to color and add phrases or words that represent your intentions.
Working with the mandala after movement and relaxation helps to anchor perceptions and desires, transforming them into a tangible symbol that can accompany you in your daily life. In addition to fostering integration, the mandala also serves as a visual reminder of your inner journey — a personal map of the intentions you wish to nurture.
This final moment harmonizes everything that was cultivated in the practice, closing the cycle with beauty, meaning, and deep connection.
This experience is for you if you are looking to:
– Nourish the body with conscious movement
– Quiet the mind and restore energy
– Clarify and anchor intentions for new cycles
– Reconnect with your intuition and creativity
No previous experience in yoga or meditation is necessary. All you need is the desire to take care of yourself with presence and openness.
